Importance of saving electricity
Shamefully, It's become a normal behavior to waste electricity. It seems that people are shy or hesitant
to go for switching off their electrical devices and appliances. It also seems that switchboards are like
an aggressive smart girl who will shout and retaliate if touched. Apparently, the wastage of electricity brings a severe demand and supply gap that results in frequent load-sheddings and harms the national power grid.
If a mother does not create an electricity-conserving environment in the home so how a child will learn
to conserve electricity. then, the entire generation will go wasting electricity recklessly and in the end,
the coming generations will suffer the consequences in a multi-faceted way.
Electricity saving is obviously more than important in times where natural resources are depleting, the
environment is frustrating, and the entire ecosystem is depressing.
energy wastage in every way and applying LED Down Light or other smart techniques will make you save the maximum amount of electricity.
There are following pivotal importance of saving electricity:
Fossil fuel reduction and environmental protection
Usually, coal and oil are used to generate and power the turbines through which electricity is produced.
Moreover, these two are non-renewable resources that can be depleted if used in a huge quantity and
consequently we will have to live without oil. When we burn coal and oil, it emits out fossil fuel that is
harmful to the entire environment.
In this sense, it is crucially important to save electricity because as we waste it, we will have to suffer
the severe impacts of the environment in the shape of heatwaves, acid rain, rising temperatures,
drought, and increased intensity of natural disasters.
Save electricity to prevent World War Three
It is generally said that World War Three may occur because of a shortage of freshwater and
freshwater is mainly used to produce electricity. Because of severe climate change, glaciers are
melting at a fast pace and the water is wasted and dumped into oceans.
We have to step out and walk the extra mile to save electricity because nothing is more important than
human lives. God forbid, if the water shortage escalated the war, no one would be left alive. It is a time
where states are nuclear and more powerful. Seemingly, the consequences of this war might be much
more than those of WW1 and WW2.
Conclusion
I don’t think if there's anything more important to save electricity. Environmental protection, natural resources conservation, and prevention of war have to be the central focus. Here the World requires behavioral change for saving electricity and good counseling of coming generations. The immediately next step or question should be how to save money through home automation.
